Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

  • No photo, no entrance. Please ensure that each member on your account has an updated photo.
  • No parking on the side of the road. Please use the lot. If the lots are full please ask the guard to unlock the gate.
  • No glass is permitted within NSPT. This includes the playground, basketball court, tennis courts and pool area. Broken glass will require the pool to be drained and refilled at the members expense.
  • Children ages 10 to 12 not under adult supervision at the pool will need a swim test to be left at the pool alone for up to 4 hours maximum per day. Please schedule one with a lifeguard. This test needs to be completed annually.
  • We would like to remind you that the lifeguards can and will:
    • Give a verbal warning
    • Ask an individual to sit out
    • Ask an individual to leave the pool for the day
  • Guests are $5 per day. All guests need to sign a one time waiver. 
  • Caregiver Fee: Make sure to add a caregiver to your account if someone is regularly providing childcare for your family.
  • Grills will be available for member use. Please clean the grill after each use. 
  • Concessions can be purchased with cash or cards.
