Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get my friend, family member, new neighbors, co-worker or others an application? Or can I share my application with my friend?
Please have them fill out our interest application form here. New Member Applications will be emailed out late March to mid-April unless they are members of the HOA.

I cannot find my New Sherwood Pool and Tennis application in my email.
NSPT is using MailChimp. Sometimes MailChimp sends our mail to a promotions tab or junk mail. Please save this address poolcommittee@newsherwoodpool.com as a contact to try to prevent that.

I plan to hire a nanny or babysitter for the summer to watch my children. Can they take the children to the pool?
Yes, families have the option to add up to two Caregiver(s) on their family membership with a $50 fee. Families are limited to two caregivers per account. A caregiver is defined as someone who is aiding in childcare or providing childcare and does not live in the household. In order to add them to your membership you will need to complete this form to add a member. For Caregivers (aged 18 and over) please have them complete, sign and submit a Pool Waiver. If you have a Caregiver (under age 18) their parent will need to complete, sign and submit the waiver for your sitter. Please have the waiver submitted before visiting the pool.

I submitted my application. How do I find out if I was accepted as a member?
The red banner on your account page should change colors from red (unpaid) to green (paid). If paying with a check you will be moved to paid status once your check has been received at Capstone Realty Consultants. If paying with a credit card, you will move to paid status after payment.

I have not received my new gate code. When will I get my new code to the pool?
All members for the 2024 pool season will receive an email on the day of opening along with all the other important opening information for the new season. The new gate code will be included and is good from Memorial Day 2024 until Memorial Day 2025.

What happens if my application process is incomplete?
All members are required to submit full payment, complete submit waivers, and upload individual headshot of each member. Without full payment your application could be placed in inactive status. If there is a problem with your application, like not having complete waivers, Capstone Realty Consultants, the HOA Board, or a member of the Pool Committee will contact you for resolution. It is important to respond quickly in order to rectify your incomplete membership status without delay. The Pool Committee wants to remind members that applications are processed in the order they are received.
